Loved, loved, loved this hotel! When we arrived we were told they had upgraded our room giving us a balcony! The room was beautiful, the bathroom was stunning- great lighting, and an excellent hairdryer. There was plenty of space in our closet with drawers and cubbies to store all our stuff. Located a block from the Arno River, it was a quiet location but an easy walk to everything we came to see. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful. We were immediately met with a smiling manager, who welcomed us and asked how we would like our coffee. Breakfast included an omelet station and lots of options with meats, cheeses, scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, and fresh fruit. With an option to sit outside in the warmer months- amazing view of Florence. On the roof was a beautiful pool- said to be heated but not warm enough for us! Hope to get back in warmer months. In the evening we would head up to the bar for a nightcap- the staff was so nice! I had reached out to the hotel before our visit to assist us in making a reservation at a restaurant, which was challenging to get in contact with. They were wonderful about getting us that reservation. Hotel Kraft is a hidden gem!

Everything was smooth and efficient. From the speedy check-in going forward nothing was too much trouble. There was always a member of staff on hand. All staff were helpful and genuinely wanted to give good customer service. Very clean room and whole hotel. Very comfortable bed and bedroom. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The view from the restaurant on the open-air terrace was great. It was a shame that we had bad weather throughout and could not use the terrace because of this. The open-air swimming pool looked great, but again we could not use it (although it was still heated) because of the rain. Location was very good. Very quiet, but with many restaurants nearby. It took about 15-20 minutes to walk into the old town.

Great family room. Large queen with two twins. Comfortable. Two bathrooms two minibars. Everything in the room Worked and was clean. Staff was very helpful. Gym was great. I loved the sauna too. The breakfast was great. Even though I mention some issues this was a great stay.

Rooms are very nice and furnished with luxurious touch. The rooms were very clean. The roof terrace is beautiful, ideal for breakfast (same everyday during our stay but large offer). Our room did not have a balcony, but the pool terrace, which is above the lightly landscaped roof terrace, made up for it. The roof terraces are ideal at any time of day - in the morning for breakfast (perfect view of the cathedral and city rooftops) as well as in the summer over the hottest afternoon hours or in the evening / at night (beautifully lit).
